Orders Generated Through the App

An "Orders Generated with App" event is recorded each time a customer adds an item to their cart from the Shop The Look widget and then proceeds to checkout and completes an order that includes that item.

This metric helps you understand how Shop The Look directly contributes to your store's sales by tracking orders that originated from the widget.

Why some orders may not be attributed

Not all orders that were influenced by the app will appear in this metric. In some cases, webhook data from Shopify may be incomplete or missing, which prevents the app from linking an order back to the Shop The Look widget. As a result, the numbers shown may underrepresent the actual impact of the app on your sales.
